🔁 Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date the receipt was issued.

Condition of Items

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Exchanges Due to Incorrect Orders

  • If you received the wrong item, we’ll handle the exchange at no extra cost within:

    • 2–5 business days in Greater Cairo

    • 2–7 business days in other cities

Exchanges for Other Reasons

  • If the item is correct and you're exchanging it for personal reasons (such as size or color), a shipping fee will apply.

🔙 Return Policy

  • A courier will collect your return within 5 business days.

  • Refunds (after deducting the return shipping cost) will be processed within 15 business days after the returned item is received.

Refund Methods

  • For Cash on Delivery orders:
    Refunds will be issued via one of the following:

    • InstaPay

    • Vodafone Cash

    • Bank transfer

  • For Online Payments:
    Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
