Refund policy

Submit your return request within 3 days from receipt. Contacting us on the first day is recommended and helps us review the item condition with greater confidence. Every item is inspected before approval.

• Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
• If Chilli Wear sent an incorrect or defective item, no extra shipping cost applies.
• The courier normally collects the item within 5 business days.

Submit your exchange request within 7 days from receipt. Replacement products, colors and sizes are subject to availability.

• A shipping fee applies when changing size, color or product by preference.
• If Chilli Wear sent the wrong item, the exchange is handled at no extra cost.
• Every request is reviewed before approval.

After the returned item is received and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Approval is not automatic. Requests that do not meet the policy conditions may be declined after inspection.

BADDÉL is available in English and Arabic. You can upload helpful photos and use your tracking code to follow approval or rejection. A maximum of two return or exchange requests can be submitted for the same Shopify order.
